These earring plugs are great for larger posts of 0.9mm or above. The disk on the back is 1.1cms x 0.6cms with a hole of 0.9 stretching to 1.6mm so will hold those larger drop and dangle earrings which usually have a larger post thickness. BEWARE THESE DO NOT FIT THE POSTS WE SELL..
