All item are shipped at the most cost effective way. All small items will not have tracking as we send them via letter service. Please allow from 2-20 days on any item sent via letter as some remote areas can take a while by Australia post. If the items does take longer than the 20 days we do not accept responsibility of the time frame as it is out of our control once the item is sent. We as a business will give a maximum lead time for delivery of 40 days on domestic items and 60 days on overseas items.
